Challenge
When we met Luis Rivera and were introduced to his company Tactical Athlete our first impression was, we’re meeting a physical therapy business owner. Very quickly we learned physical therapy is only a part of what Luis does. We were facing a business that had an incredible purpose but wasn’t articulated well.
Our challenge was to get a unifying, recognizable, and clear identity that reflects the amazing value this organization provides to first responders and their families while saving money for the municipalities and insurance companies.
Solution
After speaking to all the major stakeholders (staff, insurance companies, clients, partners, municipalities), we had a clear idea of the powerful purpose of the organization. We changed their name from Tactical Athlete to READY REBOUND and gave the company the tagline We Protect those Who Protect Us focusing on the main audiences they serve; firefighters, and police officers.
We developed a powerful brand purpose statement and a master narrative. We designed a new visual identity and a sales deck to reflect the audiences they serve.
Impact
READY REBOUND launched its new brand during Covid-19 pandemic and continues to be the pioneer and a leader in the marketplace. The total READY REBOUND experience is consistent throughout internal and external touch-points. Partnerships around the country are growing.
Municipality workers are lucky to have READY REBOUND on their side as they make sure those who get injured or suffer illnesses, including family members get back to normal lives healthy and as quickly as possible.
*** This project was completed while working at Siegelvision, and the entire team was involved developing READY REBOUND’s new brand.
“Bini was a huge component in this project and I appreciate everything he did for us.”
