Challenge
Cryotherapy healing method was still a new concept in New York. It was used mostly by celebrities and athletes alike. People generally don’t like the cold and paying high fees to freeze for three minutes was not a wellness priority. We were dealing with a new company with no name, nor any celebrity endorsements. They had no experience running this kind of business nor a clear message to persuade people to give it a try.
Solution
We came up with the name CryoCure Wellness Center to encompass not only the cryotherapy but other holistic mental and health treatments they were going to offer in the future. A tagline The Cold Never Felt So Good quickly got people’s attention. We designed marketing collaterals and a website that’s simple and clear. The new visual direction reinforced the strategy and brings to life through visuals what the program expresses in words.
Impact
In a short time, CryoCure Wellness Center became one of the most popular places in the area and people embraced the benefits cryotherapy provides.
In combination with acupuncture and the new offerings of flotation therapy, CryoCure Wellness Center expanded to two locations and continues to build on its esteemed reputation.
